Saurin supplies a range of custom designed process solutions to meet your specific requirements. Our capabilities can be explained
as a combination of process equipment manufacturing and an R&D centre. We conduct research for product and process development
using our existing pilot plant facilities or, if necessary, build a pilot plant to suit your production requirements.
Each process has its own specific requirements. Saurin has a large knowledge bank for various product processing. For new
products, Saurin has a range of pilot plants in their laboratory for product trials. Our capabilities include many unit
operations for process design including evaporation under vacuum, heating and cooling, spray drying, concentration, membrane
filtration and fluid bed drying. The R & D work is conducted under strictly confidential conditions and by qualified food
technologists and engineers. Our in-house laboratory can be used for product testing too. The data thus generated
is used for the design of the full-scale plant.
