Australian Beef Extract Powders
Longwarry Food Park has launched a range of Beef Extract Powders. These are used in Soups, Gravy,
sauces, broths, flavours and other prepared foods. The product can also be tailored to meet specific
needs of the customers. These are produced at fully accredited Spray Drying facility. This range has
been designed for the product conscious customer.
We have introduced three products namely:
- BBE 20 Bovine Bone Extract Powder
- BBE 35 Bovine Bone Extract Powder
- BBE 45 Bovine Bone Extract Powder
The bovine extract is produced from,
- Animals born, raised and slaughtered in Australia
- Raw material sourced from animals that have passed AQIS ante and post mortem inspection
- The material sourced is fat, meat and bone from bovine carcases from an establishment processing
bovine carcases only
- Material has been passed for boning at a registered establishment
- The product has been spray dried at the approved Spray Drying facility
Longwarry Food Park will soon be launching other Beef Extract Powders too.
