Saurin recognised in Export Awards
Saurin was recognised in the 2002 Governor of Victoria Export Awards ceremony on 21st October, 2002.
The award was given out by Governor John Landy. Two of our customers were also recognised - Burra Foods
and Warnambool Butter & Cheese.
Saurin was awarded Commendee in the category of Emerging Exporter, runner-up to BerrySweet Australia.
Saurin began exporting 3 years ago. Their first export was to the United States, consisting of high-grade
equipment that is used for pharmaceutical applications such as blood purification and the production
of drugs. Saurin experienced a ten-fold increase in exports in their second year of export and a more
than ten-fold increase in year following.
Saurin currently exports to USA, UK and Bangladesh.
